Fred Wood, vice chancellor
for Student Affairs
As vice chancellor for student affairs,
Fred Wood is responsible for many student programs and
service areas including student housing, health and
wellness, enrollment and intercollegiate athletics.
On the campus for almost 30 years, he recently had responsibility
for undergraduate studies. |

Valerie Lucus, campus
emergency manager
Valerie Lucus has been the emergency
manager at UC Davis since January 2006. Responsible
for the campus's comprehensive emergency management
program, she works with the campus's Emergency Operations
Center Team, its executive policy group, and emergency
officials throughout the region. |

Annette Spicuzza, chief
of the UC Davis Police Department
Annette Spicuzza has been chief of the
UC Davis Police Department since 2005 and is one of
three people to serve as director of the campus's Emergency
Operations Center. She has more than 20 years of law
enforcement experience. |

Joe Perry, chief of
the UC Davis Fire Department
Joe Perry, who has more than 30 years
in firefighting, has been chief of the UC Davis Fire
Department since 2004 and is one of three people who
serves as director of UC Davis Emergency Operations
Center. Before coming to UC Davis, he was chief of the
Napa Fire Department. |
